With the owner inside the vehicle, Walsh says witnesses told police that a fight ensued over the driver’s side door. Saying that he feared for his life, the owner shot Williams.

Walsh says the evidence shows Williams was the abuser and the owner was fired in self-defense. Based on this evidence, Walsh says there will be no charges because this is a justified homicide under Pennsylvania law.
