Vantage Commercial facilitates new commercial lease in Marlton; New tenant, Singas Famous Pizza, joins a diverse roster of roommates

Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another successful commercial lease, this time at Plaza 73.

Located at 140-150 Route 73 N. in Marlton, Plaza 73 is centrally located with excellent visibility and signage. Located on busy Route 73, the center is close to I-295, Route 70 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The new tenant, Singas Famous Pizza, joins a diverse roster of roommates, including US Marines Career Center, Sushi Kingdom, Scrub Pro Uniforms and Chinese restaurant Chef Zhang.
This will be the center’s third restaurant, making Plaza 73 a premier destination for table-service and quick-service restaurants for local residents and businesses.

Monica Walsh, Director of Guest Services, worked closely with the landlord and tenant to facilitate a smooth transaction and long term lease.
In 1967, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Singas opened the first Singas Famous Pizza restaurant in Elmhurst, New York.
Since then, and in the 40 years since, Singas has adhered to three fundamental guiding principles that have made Singas Famous Pizza the success it is today: quality and consistency, cleanliness and customer service.
Walsh and Vantage Commercial began work on this project in December 2021.
Despite a global pandemic, establishing a strong new tenant in the center is a credit to both the strength of the location and the property’s ability to adapt to a changing climate.
Singas Famous Pizza has occupied the last available space in the center, making it fully leased.
