The two new data centers will include 60,000 square meters of gross floor area, which will translate into the potential to develop 60 megawatts of computing power in the two buildings. This new data center campus will be located in the Goodman Business Park in Inzai City in the Greater Tokyo Region. Goodman Business Park is an integrated industrial and data center complex with over 800,000 m² of leasable area upon completion, valued at over AU $ 4 billion.

As part of this development and operation agreement, Goodman Japan will develop the envelope and core of the data centers and will lease the buildings on a long-term basis to STT GDC. STT GDC will equip and then operate state-of-the-art data centers, with the first building to be ready for commissioning in the second quarter of 2024.
